Thirty years of direct experience in real estate development and construction activities with over $1.5 billion of domestic and inter­national projects developed under his supervision. Direct involve­ment in the development of multi-million projects in Florida includ­ing Cocowalk in Coconut Grove, 1500 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, the Mary Brickell project and the new Sofitel hotels in New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Dubai, UAE developing large scale Mixed Used development as well as Neighborhood Shopping malls. All these projects of an average cost of $1 Billion have been under his responsibility from the equity placement and construction management to the final sale of the completed project.

Mr. Milton Robinson has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate Development, financing, accounting, banking, acquisition, restructuring international subsidiaries hospitality management senior living facility management and corporate IT solutions. He also has extensive experience in large project development and multinational business strategy, specifically in Dubai, UAE where he worked for Majid Al Futtaim Properties for 5 years developing shopping malls and Mixed Used Residential assets. Prior to forming CMR Properties USA, Mr. Robinson was the CFO for CMA Development in Miami and prior to that corporate controller for Constructa, a large French owned multinational full service real estate development firm with offices in US, Paris & Geneva. Among other responsibilities, he performed strategic planning and restructuring as well as auditing and control for their projects. 

Mr. Robinson has an MBA in Global Business Management and a Bachelor in Computer and Electrical Engineering from University of Miami. 

Faculty – University of Phoenix – Accounting, Finance, Economics, International Business, Accounting Information Science – 2006 to 2013. 

Mr. Biancardi has been working with the partners of CMR since 2005 when he joined CMA Development as a System Analyst in charge of Financial analysis and IT General Manager. Mr. Biancardi has more than 13 years of experience in Graphics and Production industry which prepared him for development of pre-concept master planning. In 2008, Mr. Biancardi moved to Dubai along with the rest of the CMR team to perform development roles such as strategic planning, business development, identification of and acquisition of land for community mall MATAJER and mixed used residential development with combined value of USD 1 billion. Among other roles, Mr. Biancardi prepared feasibility studies, market reports and pre-concept master planning, strategic planning for IT infrastructure and process mapping and implementation of region specific ERP software. Mr. Biancardi is an expert user of Estate Master, Real Estate Valuation Software. Mr. Biancardi is fluent in English and Spanish. 

Lourdes has over 30 years of experience in real estate, public services, government relations and brokerage services. She currently sits on boards of several political and faith based national and Hispanic organization. 

 Mr. Alobaidli is the CEO of iTwo Traders with more than 20 years of experience in commodity trading through out as well as avionics in Middle East and Indian Subcontinent. Over the past 20 years, iTwo Traders have traded commodities such as Oil & Gas, edible oil, rice, sugar and spices from and to South America, Africa, Middle East and South East Asia. Mr. Aloabaidli is also the founding principal of Civilian and Military aviation repair and supply companies.  He is the CEO and Chairman of AIRFOIL a leading MRO Company in Bahrain and also Shareholder of Aero Norway AS. His companies offer complete avionics, instrument and accessory component repair capabilities for wide range of commercial and military aircraft with particular emphasis on CFMI Family-3-5-7 Engines. MBR has executed long term management consulting and trade agreement with Airfoil
